St. Ann’s Apartments
The St. Ann’s Apartments Year 15 project consists of the preservation and moderate rehabilitation of 90 units of existing affordable housing in the South Bronx. Spread across six different buildings the project was initially developed with low income housing tax credits in the late 1990’s.
The project will provide a series of improvements to the portfolio including new R44 roofs, condensing boilers, energy efficient windows, facade repairs, LED lighting upgrades, and other cosmetic upgrades. All of the units will remain income restricted to households earning no more than 60% and 80% AMI for an additional 40 years.
